Dr. Larry Millet presents at the 2022 annual Tennessee Beekeepers Association Conference
Dr. Larry Millet spoke at the 2022 annual Tennessee Beekeepers Association conference held at the MTSU campus in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. His presentation included research results and findings for a project to combat honey bee devastation in Tennessee and beyond through technological innovations. The talk was well-received, attendees came from across the state of Tennessee, southern Kentucky, and northern Georgia. This project is primarily located at the University of Tennessee Forest Resources AgResearch and Education Center (UT-FRAREC) and includes discussions with most beekeeping associations across the state of Tennessee to identify partners in science to test and implement technologies to mitigate decline of the honey bee. This project is entering its third year and is working toward an open-source publication. For more information about Dr. Millet and his research click here.
