Jasleen Narula receives multiple honors at SASEF

Congratulations go out to our Oak Ridge High School research intern Jasleen Narula on her presentation at the Southern Appalachian Science and Engineering Fair (SASEF). Her research, entitled “Rapid high-throughput toxicity screening of east Tennessee water samples using an autobioluminescent yeast assay”, took 4th place honors overall and she received special recognition of her work from the Office of Naval Research, the Association for Women Geoscientists, and the U.S. Metric Association.
